Git Dynamics is a platform that allows users to connect their GitHub repositories and create dynamic, condition-based code templates. The Service enables developers to transform their code into customizable templates that can be shared and distributed through our marketplace.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must authenticate using your GitHub account. By doing so, you:

• Grant us permission to access your GitHub repositories as authorized
• Are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. GitHub Integration

Our Service integrates with GitHub to provide its core functionality. By connecting your GitHub account:

• We access repository metadata and file structure as authorized by your OAuth permissions
• We do not store your GitHub credentials directly
• You can revoke access at any time through your GitHub settings
• We respect GitHub's Terms of Service and API usage policies

Your Content: You retain all rights to your code and repositories. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your code solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content: The Git Dynamics platform, including its design, features, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
